I’m Dr. Soufiane Bouarfa, founder of Novel Insights. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of Aviation, Energy, and Government, helping organizations like Airbus, Shell, Rijkswaterstaat, and Eurocontrol design solutions that make complex systems safer, smarter, and more resilient.
As a TOGAF-certified Architect and member of the Association of Enterprise Architects, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective — combining systems thinking, data-driven innovation, and enterprise architecture.
